Introducing Baby Sister!

Well, after much anticipation, Libby’s new baby sister, Lia, finally put in an appearance yesterday, weighing in at a massive 9lbs 15oz, what a whopper!

Libby is delighted to have a baby sister and Lia has fitted right in. I am wearing her in a ring sling so we intend to keep going with Libby’s normal routine and baby sister will just tag along.

Induction was horrific as expected, none of my list of baby eviction techniques worked. We came home from hospital yesterday and we’re both doing fine. I will post some more updates soon.

  2. Hoorrrrrrray! Congrats! Where did the name Evelia come from? It’s really unusual. Sorry the induction was rubbish. But she’s here….yey!

    1. Thanks Jess, Evelia is a Hebrew name, the name Evelyn derived from it and people have since stopped using Evelia in favour of Evelyn but we preferred Evelia 🙂
