Yesterday was one of the best mornings I’ve had in a long time. As usual I was woken up unnecessarily early. Instead of attempting to snooze with two children bouncing on my head and CBeebies blaring in my ear, I got up and went for a run. It was a beautiful day and the views were quite spectacular. After my run, top chef Paul Fielding from La Belle Assiette popped over to cook us brunch. On the menu were fresh and smoked salmon for the meat eaters (not me), scrambled egg, toasted muffins, garlic mushrooms and tomatoes and baked beans.…
