A flavourful evening at Natural Healthy Foods Birmingham

Last night, my sister and I headed into Birmingham for the media launch of a new vegan eatery in Birmingham. Natural healthy foods already had a shop in Digbeth stocking organic, gluten free, refined sugar free, vegan food. Their new flagship store near the mailbox has a small shop. But the main attraction is the incredible eatery. The Natural healthy foods buffet I have to admit, I love a buffet style restaurant. I like the fact you can try as many or as few things as you like and eat as much as you want. The only problem I find as a…

Thursday photo #150

I seem to be on some sort of conveyor belt. I spend at least 50% of my waking hours every week complaining that I’ve got too much to do. I’ve had such a great response to them that I’ve realised people are actively looking for family travel tips. After all, much as I’d love my holidays to go just as smoothly as they did pre-children, it’s never going to happen is it? The family travel tips linky A couple of weeks ago, Carrie from Flying with a Baby asked if I’d co-host a family travel tips linky. It seemed like the perfect solution. Travel…

Jack and Jill eco friendly toothcare review

Shopping ethically is really important to me. So much so that I launched a website to help people to choose products that are free from palm oil. I have some amazing products listed on there, including a palm oil free toothpaste for children made by Jack and Jill. I was honoured to be asked to review their range of eco friendly toothcare. In fact, I had no idea how big a range they had and I’m seriously impressed. Jack and Jill toothpaste The organic toothpastes are the products I was already aware of because they are free from palm oil. They…
