Back in the swim of things

A few years ago, I competed in a few triathlons and took part in a few quite long open water swims including a 10km river swim and a 3 mile sea swim. My last open water swim was two years ago, just a 1500 metres in the river at the start of a triathlon. Running for goal

A couple of days ago, I was chatting with my sister about motivation for running. My sister is lucky enough to be young and beautiful with a fabulous figure, so she really doesn’t need to run for any aesthetic reasons and she was saying how she struggles to motivate herself to stick to going out running.
