Introducing Baby Sister!

Well, after much anticipation, Libby’s new baby sister, Lia, finally put in an appearance yesterday, weighing in at a massive 9lbs 15oz, what a whopper!  Libby is delighted to have a baby sister and Lia has fitted right in. I am wearing her in a ring sling so we intend to keep going with Libby’s normal routine and baby sister will just tag along. Induction was horrific as expected, none of my list of baby eviction techniques worked. We came home from hospital yesterday and we’re both doing fine. I will post some more updates soon.

Update: I wrote this just before I had my second baby and none of these worked for me! I ended up being induced. I’m guessing you’re desperate to avoid induction but if that’s the way it goes for you, don’t worry. It’s not the greatest experience but you’ll get there. Soon you will have your baby in your arms.
