Win Brunch with Pom Wonderful

Yesterday was one of the best mornings I’ve had in a long time. As usual I was woken up unnecessarily early. Instead of attempting to snooze with two children bouncing on my head and CBeebies blaring in my ear, I got up and went for a run. It was a beautiful day and the views were quite spectacular. After my run, top chef Paul Fielding from La Belle Assiette popped over to cook us brunch. Wow, what a day!

Today, it must be said, didn’t start well. In fact if I’m honest, the problems started late last night when we realised that the MOT on our car had expired. We were due to go to Bluestone National Park resort in Pembrokeshire this morning, approximately a three hour journey.  Mercifully, I managed to book it in last minute at Halfords. Considering I booked it at around midnight, I was able to get an appointment for first thing in the morning.
