Swimming the channel for Aspire

There are two sorts of people when it comes to fitness. Those who can motivate themselves, and those who need a bit of a push. I definitely fall into the push category and nothing pushes you quite like a challenge. I’ve swam the Solent, done several triathlons and an ultra marathon. And for a few years, the channel has been calling to me. Aspire Channel Swim Okay, so I might not be quite ready for swimming the channel in one go just yet. Learning to swim with Rebecca Adlington and Baby Annabell

About Konfidence Konfidence is a family business that makes a vast range of children’s swimming products. On a family holiday in 1996, Andy and Caroline realised that buoyancy aids were too heavy for children. They needed a solution…

Thursday Photo #140

The past week has been about getting back into a routine. Libby is tired from the new school term and they’ve both started back at some after school clubs as well. The Swimming Lessons On Saturday we spent the day on a staycation challenge. It was lovely to have a day out all together without venturing far from home. We had lunch and went to see the pantomime at our local theatre. We go every year and it’s great to watch something that we all enjoy – there really is something to keep everyone amused at a pantomime. Sunday was…
