Disney Animal World – Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree to be fully bound by all of these terms, please do not enter the competition.
  2. The promoter is: Eaglemoss Limited [Company no. 02843872] (hereby referred to as ‘Eaglemoss Ltd’), whose registered office is at Beaumont House, Kensington Village, Avonmore Road, London W14 8TS.
  3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over except from employees of Eaglemoss Ltd or Flea Enterprises, their close friends and family, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Plutonium Sox. 
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. Closing date for entry will be 1st June. Further entry after this date to the competition will not be counted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    1. Entry is by writing in the comment section of a blog post created by Plutonium Sox.
    2. Entrants must let Plutonium Sox know what their child’s favourite animal is in the way as described above. Entrance via other mediums will not be counted.
    3. One entry per person.
    4. There will be three winners. This will be one winner per blogger.
  1. Eaglemoss Ltd and Flea Enterprises reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be communicated to entrants via public post and comment on each individual post by the promoter within a reasonable time frame.
  2. Eaglemoss Ltd and Flea Enterprises are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. The prize is as follows: A full subscription to the Disney Animal World Collection by Eaglemoss Ltd (https://disneyanimalworld.eaglemoss.com). The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  4. The winners will be selected randomly by Plutonium Sox using Gleam (https://gleam.io).
  5. Each winner will be notified by a private message within two working days after the close of the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within two working days of notification via private message, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
  6. Acceptance of the prize gives us consent to use your name in any publicity materials, including announcing your name to the public.
  7. The promoter will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. We reserve the right to pick another winner if notified winners do not communicate a valid UK delivery address and/or a valid UK telephone number.
  8. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by British law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
  10. The two winners will be announced one working day after winners have been confirmed via a post on the Plutonium Sox Twitter account.
  11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network.
  12. Eaglemoss Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to any of the channels the competition will be hosted on.
