A welcome helping hand

I’m not one to ask for help. Actually, I hardly ever do it.  But sometimes, I just have to accept my limits. The one thing I’m truly terrible at is keeping in touch, remembering birthdays and posting cards and gifts. I feel terrible about this. Help them home

In my role as a copywriter, I often find myself providing commentary on the pressures on the NHS. It is widely accepted that the aging population has a significant effect on our health service alongside economic pressures.
