The health benefits of work-life balance

Blood pressure is often cited as a factor associated with your risk of having a heart attack or stroke.  It is also widely accepted that exercise is a key factor in lowering blood pressure. Inspirational Parents #3

The problem with being the baby…

The problem with being the baby when there is a toddler in the house is that nobody has time for you. The first baby is spoiled and doted on from the day they are born. They have the love and undivided attention of both parents and of family and friends.  And then along comes baby number two. And what should happen is that mum and dad’s attention is divided equally between you. The highs and lows of working from home

This morning was Libby’s nursery morning. She just goes once a week because we are lucky enough to have one of the best nurseries in the country nearby so we decided to make the most of it.
