A September resolution about priorities

Do you make new year’s resolutions? I’ve always been terrible at them. By 1st January, I always have a bit of a food hangover from Christmas. It’s usually so long since I’ve exercised that I’ve lost my trainers, so resolutions almost always revolve around losing weight.
