Family travel tips #7

I’m starting to look forward to our family travel tips linky each week. It’s so lovely to follow everyone’s adventures. I’ve also noticed that loads of people are commenting and sharing on the posts that link up. So huge thanks to you all for helping each other’s blogs to reach more new readers. Featured posts As always, there were some amazing posts linking up last week. But I was totally inspired by this one from Wandermust Family about why they travel with their baby. There are some brilliant advantages of travelling with a tiny person and I hope lots of people…

Family Travel Tips #6

Half term seems to have arrived rather abruptly for us. It was such a short term anyway, and my daughter was off ill last week so she doesn’t seem to have been in school much since Easter. Are you going away this half term? We’re heading off for a few days camping in beautiful Northumberland. Carrie is away too although she’s gone somewhere more exotic – she’s sunning herself on a gorgeous beach in Crete. Featured posts Huge thanks to everybody who linked up to last week. I’m loving reading your posts about UK days out as well as exotic holidays.…

Welcome back to Family Travel Tips. This is the time when Carrie and I get together to wonder where on earth the last fortnight has gone. I hope you’ve had lots of fun trips and days out. Featured posts from Family Travel tips #2 Carrie and I both really enjoyed reading all the posts that were linked up to family travel tips #2. My favourite post was this one about surviving a camper van holiday with children from Otis and Us. I found it…

Family travel tips

I’ve recently started to write more about travel and days out. Most of my posts focus on the West Midlands or places we’ve been on holiday. I’ve had such a great response to them that I’ve realised people are actively looking for family travel tips. After all, much as I’d love my holidays to go just as smoothly as they did pre-children, it’s never going to happen is it?   The family travel tips linky A couple of weeks ago, Carrie from Flying with a Baby asked if I’d co-host a family travel tips linky. It seemed like the perfect solution.…
