Discount Deals on Attractions and Days Out

These days, we’re all looking for discount deals on attractions and days out. Let’s face it, a family day out is expensive. Having recently paid the eye-watering full price for the London Eye, I realised I needed to look harder for available money-off offers. So, I thought I’d share them here as well. Some of these have multiple locations nationwide – I’ve tried to put those first. The rest are dotted around the UK, so hopefully there will be at least one place near you with some discounts available.
Some of them are an online discount code, or it might just be that it’s cheaper to book online in advance for school holidays or special occasions. Either way, I’m going to gather all the available price reductions I can find every week and update them in this post. There’s a table below that you can refer to rather than trawling through the post, or have a browse to see what’s available near you.
I’ve put a section in the end for discounted short breaks that include attraction tickets. These are still quite expensive, but they are a great way to get last minute tickets for things like Warner Brothers Studio Tour. I’ve seen a few people asking how to get hold of last minute tickets for this, and if you’re going to stay nearby anyway then these discounted short breaks are a useful option.
Merlin Annual Pass Summer Sale
- Save £50 on Gold and Platinum Passes – Valid at multiple Merlin destinations around the UK including theme parks such as Legoland and Alton Towers, Sea Life Centres, the London Eye, Warwick Castle and many more.
- Offer dates: 1st June – 28th June 2026.

Oxygen ActivePlay
- Passport to Play: Unlimited 60-minute Open Play sessions for the whole summer holidays for £35. SEN peaceful play passport and softplay passports for 0-3 year-olds are both available for £20 for the same time period. Available at multiple venues nationwide – check the website for your closest location.
- Dates: 18th July to 31st August 2026

Cadbury Merlin Discounts
- Up to 50% Off Merlin Attractions: Either I haven’t been eating enough chocolate or Cadbury are keeping this really quiet but I’ve only just heard of this. If you buy specific types of chocolate and enter the batch code on the Cadbury website, they’ll give you between 10% and 50% off tickets to LOADS of Merlin attractions.
- Eligible Chocolate And Available Attractions: Check the FAQ page to see which chocolate is included and which attractions it will get you in to. All the main theme parks and loads of London attractions are listed. I wish I’d seen this before we paid full price for the London Eye.
- Dates: Tickets purchased through the 2026 offer are valid until 30th June 2027.

- Note: You have to book in advance to get this discount. You can book up to 11pm the night before your visit, but they do have limited discount price tickets for each attraction, so they advise booking as early as possible.
London Theatre Kids Week
- Free Theatre Tickets For Under 18s: One child aged 17 or under is free with an accompanying adult who pays full price. Up to two more children are eligible for half-price tickets. Booking is now open and sells out quickly. There may be additional activities before or after some shows as well as the discount.

Cotswold Farm Park:
- Dads Go Free – Online offer only – book online in advance to get one fathers’ ticket free per paying toddler, child, adult or senior.
- Dates: Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st June 2026

Drayton Manor
- Father’s Day Feast: If you book a father’s day feast for at least two people, dad gets a free theme park ticket and a free beer. Everyone else gets a special ticket rate of £20 as well. The feast costs £16 per adult and £13 for kids aged up to 11 years, so probably not much more than you’d pay if you were planning to buy food at the park anyway.

West Midlands Safari Park
- Midlands 3-park pass: Buy a ticket for West Midlands Safari Park, Waterworld and Drayton Manor for a total of £49.50 for a full day out at each attraction. This includes ride wristbands at West Midlands Safari Park.
- Dates: Available to buy from 15th May to 30th June 2026. The ticket is then valid until 31st July 2026 so there’s plenty of time to use it over the summer.

Discounted Short Breaks With Attraction Tickets
Warner Brothers Studio Tour
- Accommodation and tickets: One night hotel stay with breakfast and attraction tickets from £81 per person – or stay for two nights from £55 per person per night. Last minute studio tour tickets available.

- Second Park Day Free: Buy park tickets for one day along with your accommodation and breakfast and the second day’s park ticket is free.
