8 benefits of mindfulness for children
What’s mindfulness? Asked my energetic five year old, whilst swinging from the door, chewing a pen and holding her sister in a headlock. “It’s about living in the moment and doing one thing at a time.” I replied, quietly drinking in the irony of the situation. Doing too much is symptomatic of the times we…
Christmas gifts for foodies
If you’re looking for Christmas gifts for the foodies in your life, you’ve come to the right place. It’s easy to think that children can’t be foodies, but that’s not the case. My girls love food. Eating, cooking and watching anything to do with food. So, there are a few ideas here that are for…
The first goodbye
We strolled into the school playground, my eldest daughter laden up with bags. The only bags I carried were the ones under my eyes from sleepless nights, worrying about letting my little girl go. The first goodbye It is easy to think of the beginning of school as the end of an era. The pre-school…
Print and Frame Photos Online [AD]

Hi there- sorry for your loss, take care
Thank you Sharon.x

It felt like she was hanging on for us to not feel so sad. I know that sounds mental, but there’s something special about old dogs I think. Hope you’re ok xxx
Aw bless thanks Maz. Strange that you still heard Molly after she’d gone. Snoop was a great dog and we will all miss him, especially my mum as she has had him for the last few years.xx
