Thursday Photo #106

We’re all really enjoying the sunny weather at last, it seems to have been so long coming this year. On Saturday, we headed into Birmingham for a trip to the National Sea Life Centre, the first of our outings as 2016 blogger ambassadors for them. We had a fabulous time there and my sister met us for lunch at Wagamamas afterwards, it was lovely to see her too. We had a slightly quieter day on Sunday, heading off for a swim. Libby is getting really excited that she will be starting her swimming lessons soon so she did some practice…

National Sea Life Centre a review & events

Earlier this year, we were chosen as blogger ambassadors for the National Sea Life Centre in Birmingham. Following that, we were invited to attend on Saturday to experience the Mister Maker event and be among the first people to watch their new film, Octonauts: Amazon Adventure 4D. As always, the girls were so excited to be going to the Sea Life Centre. Libby was particularly excited because Mr Maker and the Octonauts are two of her favourite television programmes. Wicked Uncle: Review

I’ve never been very good at remembering birthdays or buying presents. I’d love to be, but I’m just not that sort of person. Then we put my husband’s house on the market, eventually sold that, put mine on the market, found our perfect house, someone else bought it (how very dare they), wimped out and took ours off the market… and so the sorry tale…

Izabela Peters Children’s Teepee: Review

Like all children, my girls love anything they can get inside. A Wendy house, a tent, a box, a den, a duvet cover… you get the idea. But one thing they’d never experienced before was a teepee. So when I was given the opportunity to review one of the simply beautiful Children’s Teepees from Izabela Peters, I jumped at the chance because I just knew they’d love it. As Lia’s birthday was coming up, I decided this would be the perfect gift for her. Lia very rarely has anything new and has seldom had anything that was just for her.…
