Our Thursday Photo #51
This week has been rather a busy one, even by my standards. Work has got a bit out of hand and I’ve found myself battling to keep up with it all.
Despite this, we’ve managed to fit in our usual activities and a few extra ones and the girls have had a great week.
The highlight for Libby was going to see her friend at one of her favourite places, Cob House near Worcester. They have a few farm animals there including some reindeer and alpacas.
There are just enough animals for all of them to be exciting to see and feed. Even Lia fed a goat and a reindeer. This is a step forward for the girl who is always a bit reluctant to touch anything, even a leaf.
I’ve had rather a good blogging week this week. I’ve been asked to work with a few fabulous brands. Today was particularly exciting, because I’ve been asked to be a brand ambassador for both Sea Life Birmingham and Drayton Manor.
Both places have been kind enough to give us a family season ticket for the year. We will be using them A LOT.
There will also be a competition in conjunction with the Sea Life Centre on my blog soon.
I feel really honoured to work with all of the amazing brands that I’m working with on my blog, and I’m really enjoying the opportunities that blogging is offering us as a family.
One of the best opportunities has been our Thursday photos. Each week, I sit down and reflect on the highlights of the week which is a great record to look back on.
Even more than that though, I am loving looking back on all the photos. Next week will be week 52, because Lia is nearly a year old.
One of the many things on my to-do list is to get my Thursday photos page in order. I also intend to print all the photos off, I just love the record of the two girls growing up together.
Lia hasn’t been too well this week, she’s had a bit of a cold and now her eye is a bit infected, I think she’s got conjunctivitis so she’s not quite been herself.
Despite this, she’s really come on this week and is now walking along really nicely just holding one hand. I think she’ll soon be walking by herself, as if life wasn’t chaotic enough already!
And on that note, here is our Thursday photo #51.
