There’s little more comforting than a hot cup of tea. But all teas were not created equal. Adagio tea is all hand picked and sourced from origin. Their flavours are natural and they contain no added sugar as well as being vegan and gluten free. As these are loose leaf teas, Adagio also sell teapots. And they are some of the cutest teapots I’ve ever seen.
Adagio tea
Adagio sell an incredible selection of loose leaf tea and I’ve been trying out a few of them. Their teas range from standard black tea and Earl Grey, through to green teas, white teas, herbal teas, flavoured teas, iced teas and caffeine free teas.
In fact, there are so many of them that you’d be forgiven for struggling to decide which one to buy. That’s why they sell their tea sampler boxes. You choose the type of tea you enjoy and buy a box of four different ones to try. You’re bound to find your favourite, so next time you can just buy the one you love.
True to form, I wasn’t sure which teas to try. So, they sent me a selection. Yes, it really is quite a selection. I’d love to say I’ve tried them all before posting my review, but I think it would take me several years. Each box makes around 40 cups of tea. But I have tried four different teas and they are all fabulous. I’ll be working my way through the rest over the coming months!
Teapots and cups
Adagio sell a selection of teapots, but as soon as I saw their website I fell in love with their cast iron collection. These are so unusual and they’re all handmade. You can even get little cast iron cups to match. They keep the tea warm for longer than a regular tea pot and contain a little infuser so you don’t have to worry about a strainer. It has a capacity of a litre, so plenty for a few cups if you have guests. The tiny matching cups are adorable too.
Teabags and filters
If you find teabags a bit easier than loose leaf tea, Adagio can help with that too. They sell their loose leaf tea in pyramid teabags, so you have the convenience but don’t lose out on quality. Alternatively, try a paper tea filter to brew your tea in a pot or cup.
