Thomas’ Big Pop-Up Journey – Review & Giveaway!

The girls have been fans of Thomas and Friends for as long as I can remember. We often go to Thomas Land at Drayton Manor, in fact Lia has been going since she was four months old. The girls love both reading Thomas books and playing with the characters. So when we were asked to review Thomas’ Big Pop-Up Journey book and play scene, I knew they were going to love it. But with Libby at school, when we were offered the opportunity to review the Teletubbies magazine, I realised it was time I started doing things like this with Lia. Teletubbies Magazine – Free Gift I’m not going to lie, I’ve never known a child read a magazine before playing with the free gift. With the Teletubbies magazine, the free gift was…

Run Walk Crawl Gower 50 – Review

On Saturday I set off at 7.40 am from Llanmadoc with 180 other people and one dog (Bubbles) to run the Gower 50 ultra marathon. The route is a complete circumnavigation of the Gower Peninsula on foot. A total distance of 50 miles. This is my review of the race from the point of view of a novice runner completing my first ultra. Run Walk Crawl Gower 50 – the route The vast majority of the route follows the beautiful Wales Coastal Path. If you decide to run in the UK, you can choose your distance and location but what you can’t control…
