What a beautiful week. Sunshine at this time of year makes it seem like Spring really is just around the corner doesn’t it? The girls are back to school, I’m back into a routine with work and the river is warming up already. Sunrise Yesterday, I fully intended to get up early and have an hour to myself walking on the Malvern Hills with the dog and watching the sunrise. Unless we’re away in the camper van, our weekends tend to follow the same sort of pattern. Saturdays are spent outdoors. She loves it and is progressing well, but like all children she is reluctant to do as…

The Christmas holidays really seemed to drag here. The girls didn’t go back until last Wednesday and it seemed like such a long time between Christmas being over and school starting again. They’ve been back over a week now though, and it seems as if the holidays never happened. We are all firmly back into our routine and I’m finally finding the time to work. A weekend outdoors At this time of year, I always struggle with being indoors too much. The children go a bit stir crazy and we all end up stressed. With the Winter being so mild…
