Things to do in Worcestershire Summer Holidays 2026

With the Worcestershire summer holidays 2026 rapidly approaching, it’s time for a list of things to do in the area. Lots of attractions have events taking place this year, both indoors and outside. From family trails to fun days and activity camps, there’s lots to see and do around Worcestershire. If you’re on a budget, check out my posts about free things to do in Worcestershire and Worcestershire family days out for under £50.

If you’re planning on booking any of these attractions in Worcestershire, do check out my post about discount deals on UK attractions and days out. There are often quite a few discounts available in the local area, so I personally resent paying full price!

For holiday clubs in Worcestershire where you can drop the kids off to have fun without you, I’ve included Worcestershire in my West Midlands holiday clubs 2026 info post.

This post covers the Worcestershire area only. If you are looking for days out during the summer holidays in nearby counties, please see below:

All Things Wild

At the time of writing, no specific event has been announced for Worcestershire school summer holidays 2026. However, this is always a great day out with animals to visit, outdoor fun and activities to entertain both children and adults. There are both indoor and outdoor play areas and all activities are included in the admission price. This year, it’s possible to buy a summer pass for £40 for unlimited entry from 25th June to 1st September 2026. They also offer reduced price day tickets throughout this period inline with the UK government’s discounted ticket scheme.

Dates: Open daily throughout school summer holidays 2026.

Croome (National Trust)

Enjoy a summer of play this year at Croome, which invites kids of all ages to explore, create, and let off steam in the beautiful grounds of this National Trust estate. Set across Croome’s sprawling parkland and gardens, the programme is packed with outdoor lawn and fairground games, den-building, imaginative play, and hands-on activities designed to spark adventure and curiosity. Whether it’s racing across the lawn, getting creative with natural materials, or simply enjoying the freedom to run and explore, it’s an ideal summer day out for families. Look out for free workshops running on selected dates throughout the summer.

Dates: 11th July to 31st August 2026.

The Walled Gardens at Croome National Trust in Worcestershire, West Midlands | Croome Walled Garden is the largest walled garden in Europe. It has a hot wall with furnaces, tunnels to explore, a pond and several wells. There are lawn games for children to play and for them, it is like exploring a secret garden. The walls give the garden a microclimate similar to that in the Loire Valley. This is a fascinating example of a historical garden that is a real adventure for the whole family.

Ice Quest Malvern

Get competitive and battle it out with lasers on a journey of lights, smoke and sound. If that’s not for you, try ice skating or team up for an escape room. Ice Quest Malvern has plenty of action-packed activities for the whole family.

Witley Court (English Heritage)

There are no specific Summer holiday events listed for Witley Court in 2026. However, visitors can explore the gardens and play areas, take a look around the ruins and watch the impressive fountain. Great Witley Church is right next to Witley Court, along with a lovely little tearoom. Neither are managed by English Heritage but both are well worth exploring while you’re there.
