Well that’s it for us, the Summer holidays are over. It has been a manic few weeks and I’m going to miss my little sidekicks now they’re back to school and pre-school. The summer holidays are still in full swing here. I feel like we’re packing things in to make up for the lack of time with the girls the rest of the year when they’re back to school. It is a sign of how exciting the summer holidays are that the past fortnight has flown by. We’ve been camping in the mud in Kielder Forest and having a bit of a tech break. There was no phone signal at all and somewhat sketchy WiFi. So instead we spent time cycling, walking and generally enjoying the scenery. At last, the summer holidays are upon us! I don’t know about you but for us, that means lots of adventures. We’ve already been to stay at Alton Towers (we sneaked that one in before the end of term) and Warwick Castle. We have lots of grand plans for days out and camping trips over the next few weeks.
