School holidays are approaching again, so it’s time to check out all the things to do in Herefordshire during February half term 2023. Herefordshire has an abundance of beautiful National Trust properties, many of which put on events for children when schools have broken up. If you are a National Trust member, entry to those events will be free. If you’re on a budget, check out these free things to do in Herefordshire as well.
This post covers the Herefordshire area only. If you are looking for half term days out in nearby counties, please see below:

Courtyard Theatre has something a little unexpected on this February, since we would usually associate it with Christmas holidays. Hereford Amateur Pantomime Society will be putting on a show of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs this February half term, from Wednesday 23rd to Saturday 25th February 2023. Showings take place at 2pm and 7pm each day and tickets are available on the Courtyard website.

Visitors can explore the house itself, take a stroll through the gardens or venture further afield to explore 1500 acres of parkland. Head to the Castle play area or the natural play area, where you’ll find rope swings and balance beams. You can read my review of a dog friendly family day out at Croft Castle.
