Attracting wild birds to the garden with boxwild
One of my favourite things about where we live is that we back onto a nature reserve. It’s only small, but it’s full of trees, birds and wildlife. It’s a quiet estate and we rarely get disturbed by neighbours or passers by. But occasionally, the owls make a bit of a racket. They are definitely the…
The Empty Seat
The middle-aged lady sat in the living room of her upmarket apartment and tapped her fingers on the glass coffee table. She looked at the empty seat again. The police officer was late. In fact he was so late he clearly wasn’t going to bother coming. It was nearly a week now since her car accident…
4 ways to make the garden more child friendly in Winter
This Winter seems to have dragged on forever. It’s not so much the cold, more the impracticality of being outside. Everything’s wet and muddy in the garden so the children are stuck indoors. Hi there- sorry for your loss, take care
Thank you Sharon.x
So sorry to hear that 🙁 When our old dog Molly died we used to still hear her thumping up and down the stairs at my folks house for months afterwards. It felt like she was hanging on for us to not feel so sad. I know that sounds mental, but there’s something special about old dogs I think. Hope you’re ok xxx
Aw bless thanks Maz. Strange that you still heard Molly after she’d gone. Snoop was a great dog and we will all miss him, especially my mum as she has had him for the last few years.xx
