A retrospective 40 before 40
It seems to be somewhat of a tradition to write a 40 before 40 list. As I’m approaching my 40th year (I’ll be 39 in a few months), I started thinking about what I’d put on my list. But the more I thought about it, the more I realised that there’s not much I want…

Connected devices and online security
We all know that familiar sinking feeling. When the laptop that doubles as a lifeline starts to play up. Slowing down, becoming unreliable. It starts to crash frequently and then one day, nothing. You can’t switch it on, a virus has wiped the data and thrown you out. Sometimes it’s reversible, but not always. Online…

10 ways to build children’s water confidence
Water confidence activities and water confidence games with the children have become an integral part of our week. Swimming has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I swam competitively for our local club. The training regime was brutal, we’d often be in the water by…

Hi there- sorry for your loss, take care
Thank you Sharon.x

It felt like she was hanging on for us to not feel so sad. I know that sounds mental, but there’s something special about old dogs I think. Hope you’re ok xxx
Aw bless thanks Maz. Strange that you still heard Molly after she’d gone. Snoop was a great dog and we will all miss him, especially my mum as she has had him for the last few years.xx
